Reformulated Gasoline with 10% Ethanol (E10) from China
E10 reformulated unleaded gasoline containing exactly 10% denatured ethanol by volume for oxygen enrichment. It qualifies for HTS 2710.12.1514 as reformulated light oil motor fuel, unleaded, with base petroleum oils over 70%, meeting distillation and emissions criteria. Used widely in reformulated gasoline program areas.
