Colstrip sub-bituminous coal from Montana's Rosebud mine has moderate calorific value and low ash, used in regional power stations. It qualifies for HTS 2701.19.00.10 as other coal that's sub-bituminous, neither pulverized nor agglomerated per chapter definitions. Bulk exported for industrial steam generation.
