Residue slag from the synthetic rutile upgrading process of ilmenite, rich in titanium (>40% by weight). Low in recoverable copper, lead, zinc; used directly in chloride-process TiO2 pigment manufacture. Fits 2620.99.5000 for titanium-rich industrial slags.
