Ash residues from recycling scrap aluminum, rich in aluminum oxides with arsenic and heavy metal compounds from impurities. Fits HTS 2620.40.0060 as 'other' non-iron/steel residues containing mainly aluminum and arsenic/metals for industrial reuse. Used in metal reclamation per chapter note (b).
