Beach rutile sand is naturally concentrated titanium ore from coastal heavy mineral sands, containing 50-60% TiO2 alongside zircon and ilmenite. HTS 2614.00.60.40 explicitly includes rutile sand as other titanium ores, commonly processed via spiral concentration for pigment feedstock.
