Type IL Portland-Limestone Cement from China
Type IL Portland-limestone cement contains up to 15% limestone interground with clinker, offering similar performance to traditional Portland with lower CO2 footprint. It qualifies under HTS 2523.29.00.00 as other Portland cement since limestone is a permitted addition. Used increasingly for sustainable concrete mixes.
