Natural hydraulic lime NHL 2 is a powdered binder made from limestone containing natural silica and alumina impurities, calcined to produce hydraulic properties. It sets and hardens through a chemical reaction with water, even underwater, distinguishing it from non-hydraulic limes. Classified under HTS 2522.30.00.00 as hydraulic lime, excluding calcium oxide and hydroxide of heading 2825.
