Sun-cured Oriental tobacco leaves that are stemmed and threshed into clean lamina for use in Turkish-style cigarettes, classified in HTS 2401.20.87 as other threshed unmanufactured tobacco. This small-leaf variety provides aromatic qualities without further processing. It's not reconstituted or flavored.
