Oriental Stemmed Tobacco from Mexico
Sun-cured Oriental tobacco varieties like Izmir or Samsun, partly stemmed but unthreshed, used in aromatic cigarette blends. Fits HTS 2401.20.57 as other non-wrapper tobacco, partly or wholly stemmed but not similarly processed. Low nicotine content makes it popular for blending.
