Unstemmed whole tobacco leaves of the Connecticut Shade variety, containing over 35% wrapper tobacco suitable for premium cigar production. These leaves are air-cured, not stemmed or stripped, and classified under HTS 2401.10.29 as unmanufactured tobacco with high wrapper content, excluding flue-cured types. They are imported in bales for further processing by cigar manufacturers.
