Industrial-grade unsalted peanut paste made by finely grinding roasted peanuts, imported under HTS 2008.11.0200 pursuant to General Note 15. Used in food manufacturing, it qualifies as peanut butter/paste without additives.

Import Tips
• For bulk imports, provide bill of lading specifying General Note 15; bulk packaging must still meet paste homogeneity
• Include specs sheet proving 100% peanuts; industrial use doesn't change classification but affects labeling
