Molasses derived from the refining of sugar beets, rich in betaine and minerals, used in fermentation, baking, and as a sweetener. Classified in HTS 1703.90.30.00 for 'other' molasses imported for human consumption or commercial sugar extraction. It results from beet sugar processing and meets chapter criteria for soluble non-sugar solids.
