Certified organic Turbinado sugar is a partially refined cane sugar with light brown crystals from organic sugarcane, spun in a turbine for separation. It qualifies for HTS 1701.99.50.15 as certified organic specialty sugar in solid form, outside raw or refined categories. Commonly used in organic confectionery and beverages.
