Raw Cane Sugar Quota Import from China
Raw cane sugar imported under the quantitative limitations of additional U.S. note 5 to chapter 17, with sucrose content by weight in dry state corresponding to a polarimeter reading of less than 99.5 degrees. It is uncentrifuged or processed to meet subheading 1701.13 specifications for quota entry. This solid form sugar is used primarily for refining in the U.S.
