This product consists of albacore tuna (Thunnus alalunga) packed whole or in pieces, not minced, and not in oil, within foil or flexible containers weighing 6.8 kg or less with contents. It meets HTS 1604.14.22.51 criteria for airtight, non-oil packed tuna in small flexible packaging, excluding products from U.S. insular possessions within the quota limit.
