Food-grade guar gum is a standardized guar seed extract meeting strict purity standards for use in ice creams, sauces, and baked goods as a stabilizer. Classified under HTS 1302.32.0020 for guar-derived mucilages and thickeners, it remains a vegetable product extract not qualifying as a finished medicament or essential oil.
