Cracked Palm Nuts from China

Cracked palm nuts consist of the hard-shelled fruits of the oil palm containing the kernel inside, intentionally broken for processing. HTS 1207.10.00.00 explicitly includes palm nuts and kernels whether or not broken, distinguishing them from other oil seeds. They are imported mainly for kernel separation and oil production.
