Runner-type peanuts that are shelled, dry-blanched to remove red skins without water or oil, and imported under Chapter 12 U.S. Note 2 provisions. These uncooked peanuts are ideal for peanut butter manufacturing and baking. HTS 1202.42.15.40 covers dry-blanched peanuts entered pursuant to quota.
