Virginia In-Shell Peanuts from China
Large-kernel Virginia peanuts imported raw in shell pursuant to chapter 12 U.S. note 2 quota provisions, without roasting or other cooking. These peanuts feature red skins and are often used for gourmet roasting or boiling. HTS 1202.41.40 applies specifically to such quota-entered in-shell raw ground-nuts.
