Powder obtained by milling dehydrated green plantains, popular in Latin American cuisine for arepas and tortillas. Falls under HTS 1106.30.2000 as meal/flour from Chapter 8 products (plantains), fragmented to pass 1.25mm sieve per groats/meal definition. High resistant starch content makes it ideal for low-glycemic baking.
