• Confirm 95% weight passes 2mm sieve for barley 'groats/meal'; larger particles may go to 1103 unflaked
• Exclude any roasted malt content, as chapter note (a) directs to 0901 or 2101
• Include milling certificates showing dry product specs to prevent disputes
