IQF Frozen Yam Chunks from China
Individually quick frozen (IQF) yam chunks from Dioscorea alata are peeled, diced, and frozen separately to prevent clumping. Under HTS 0714.30.2000 for frozen yams, they are unprepared and unsuitable for direct consumption. Perfect for restaurant use in curries or hashes.

• Avoid slicing too thin, as it may be viewed as more processed; stick to chunks
