Frozen sugar snap peas are unshelled, edible-podded peas (Pisum sativum macrocarpon) frozen whole or halved. Under HTS 0710.21.40.00 as 'other' frozen peas, they are steamed or boiled in water before freezing. Popular for quick cooking in salads and stir-fries.
