Bunches of fresh, whole celery stalks, trimmed and chilled for freshness, imported during the peak summer season from April 15 to July 31. Classified under HTS 0709.40.40 due to being fresh or chilled celery other than celeriac, subject to seasonal entry restrictions. This code applies to protect domestic celery production during high season.
