Trimmed celery hearts (inner tender stalks with leaves removed), fresh and chilled, imported April 15 to July 31. HTS 0709.40.40 applies as it's still fresh celery other than celeriac; minimal trimming doesn't change heading. Premium product for restaurants and high-end grocers.
