Diced chilled carrots are fresh carrots cut into small cubes (under 1 cm), reduced in size for culinary use, maintained at refrigeration temperatures. HTS 0706.10.05.00 applies to these size-reduced edible roots, fresh or chilled, without further processing. Used in stir-fries or meal prep.
