Meat and bone meal is rendered from mammalian tissues, bones, and meat scraps not for human consumption, steam-treated and ground. Used primarily in pet foods and as a phosphorus source in livestock rations. HTS 0511.99.30 applies as animal feed ingredient from dead animals.
