A rhinoceros horn that is unworked or simply cleaned/prepared without cutting to shape, under HTS 0507.90.00.90 for horns. Chapter 5 defines such products as simply prepared animal parts excluding hides or edibles. Legal trade is heavily restricted due to CITES Appendix I status.
