Crude Bovine Femur Bones

Unprocessed long bones from cattle, such as femurs, in their crude natural state without further shaping or chemical treatment beyond basic steaming. Classified under HTS 0506.90.0020 as crude bones simply prepared, used primarily for industrial rendering or bone meal production. Excludes edible products or hides per Chapter 5 notes.

Steamed Porcine Rib Bones

Pig rib bones that have undergone steaming to remove some fat and moisture but remain unground and unworked. Fits HTS 0506.90.0020 for simply prepared (steamed) bones, not cut to shape, destined for glue or fertilizer production. Chapter notes exclude edible products or textile materials.

Ground Chicken Neck Bones

Neck bones from poultry coarsely ground after steaming, retaining bone structure for further processing into meal. Covered by HTS 0506.90.0020 as ground bones simply prepared, excluding poultry chapter exclusions. Used in pet food or organic fertilizers.

Crude Ovine Leg Bones

Sheep leg bones in crude form, degreased but not ground or shaped, simply prepared for industrial use. HTS 0506.90.0020 applies to such unworked bones per chapter notes excluding hides or edibles. Common in gelatin extraction.

Steamed Equine Shank Bones

Horse shank bones steamed to facilitate fat removal, remaining unground and crude. Classed under HTS 0506.90.0020 for simply prepared bones, not cut to shape. Used in bone char or broth bases.

Ground Caprine Skull Bones
