Pure white alfalfa honey produced from alfalfa flower nectar, characterized by its exceptionally light color (under 30 Pfund) qualifying as 'white or lighter' under HTS 0409.00.00.35. Mildly floral with delicate sweetness, this honey is harvested from controlled apiaries in light-pollinating regions. It remains in liquid form longer than darker varieties due to low enzyme content.
