Fresh unripened chèvre log is soft goat's milk cheese without rind development, plain and tangy. Though Chapter 4 notes focus cow's milk quotas, it fits HTS 0406.10.95.00 as 'other' fresh cheese (non-cow's often unquotad). Excludes ripened goat cheeses.
