Concentrated anhydrous milkfat (AMF) emulsion at 48% butterfat level, marketed as premium butter substitute for cooking. Fits dairy spreads definition with milkfat as sole fat (39-80%) and qualifies for Note 14 quota due to >45% butterfat. HTS 0405.20.20.00 applies to quota-eligible butter substitutes in solid state.
