Premium loins cut from Oreochromis aureus (Blue tilapia), chilled on ice, retaining skin for flavor retention in grilling. These are center-cut sections of tilapia meat, trimmed of belly flaps. HTS 0304.51.0125 applies to such fresh/chilled tilapia other fish meat.
