Ceramic X-Acto Style Blade from Mexico
A non-corrosive zirconia ceramic blade for precision hobby knives, sharper and longer-lasting than steel alternatives. Although ceramic, it is a working part for knives of heading 82.11 and is not excluded by chapter note 1, which allows metal carbides or cermets; however, ceramic is not a base metal, so it may not fall under this chapter unless it has a base metal support.
