M2 tool steel hot-rolled coil, an alloy steel containing approximately 0.85% carbon, 4% chromium, 5% tungsten and 5% molybdenum, supplied in irregularly wound coils for use in milling cutters. This product is classified under tariff item 7227.90.00 as it is a hot-rolled bar or rod of other alloy steel, not further worked than hot-rolled, and does not meet the definition of stainless steel or high-speed steel.
