D2 Tool Steel Hot-Rolled Coil from United States
Hot-rolled bars and rods of D2 alloy tool steel, containing approximately 1.5% carbon and 12% chromium, presented in irregularly wound coils. This product meets the tool steel definition in Chapter 72 note 1(e)(i) as it has more than 1.2% carbon and more than 10.5% chromium. It is not tempered, not surface treated, and not partly manufactured, making it classifiable under this tariff item for other alloy steel in coils.
