Narrow hot-rolled strip of chipper knife steel, 0.8 mm thick and 50 mm wide, containing 0.50% carbon, 7.8% chromium, 1.3% molybdenum, 0.9% silicon, and trace vanadium. This flat-rolled product of other alloy steel, width less than 600 mm, is not further worked than hot-rolled, meeting the definition of other alloy steel under Chapter 72 Note 1(f).
