Hot-rolled plate of chipper knife steel, 4 mm thick and 500 mm wide, alloyed with 0.48-0.55% carbon, 8.5% chromium, and 1.5% molybdenum. This flat-rolled product of other alloy steel, width less than 600 mm, is not further worked than hot-rolled, meeting the definition of other alloy steel under Chapter 72 Note 1(f).
