P295GH is a fine-grain alloy steel plate used in pressure vessels, hot-rolled to a thickness of 4.75 mm or more and a width exceeding 600 mm, supplied in straight lengths. It contains alloying elements such as manganese and silicon that classify it as other alloy steel. The product is not further worked beyond hot rolling, making it classifiable under tariff item 7225.40.00.
