Hot-rolled alloy steel plate for chipper knives, 9 mm thick and 850 mm wide, not in coils and not further worked. This product meets the composition requirements of other alloy steel under Chapter 72 note 1(f) and is a flat-rolled product of a width exceeding 600 mm.
