AL-6XN Stainless Steel Plate from Mexico
AL-6XN is a super-austenitic stainless steel plate containing about 3-4% molybdenum and 1.5% nickel, supplied in widths exceeding 600 mm. Its high molybdenum content gives exceptional resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion, making it suitable for severe chemical and marine environments. As a flat-rolled stainless steel product over 600 mm wide, not further worked than rolled, it falls under tariff item 7219.90.00.
