316Ti Stabilised Stainless Hot-Rolled Slab from Japan
316Ti titanium-stabilised stainless steel hot-rolled slab, 16 mm thick and over 1880 mm wide, supplied as flat plates not in coils. This product is not further worked beyond hot rolling and meets the tariff item's definition of a flat-rolled stainless steel product of a width of 600 mm or more and thickness exceeding 10 mm. Its titanium stabilisation provides improved resistance to sensitisation and intergranular corrosion.
