Non-alloy hot-rolled steel plate for shipbuilding, 9 mm thick and 580 mm wide, supplied as-rolled without further treatments. This is a flat-rolled product of iron or non-alloy steel, of a width less than 600 mm, not further worked than hot-rolled, and has a thickness of 4.75 mm or more.
