Hot-rolled, pickled and oiled (HRPO) flat-rolled product of non-alloy steel, in coils, 3.5 mm thick and over 600 mm wide, with untrimmed mill edges. It is hot-rolled and not further worked beyond pickling and oiling, fitting the tariff item for flat-rolled products of iron or non-alloy steel.
