Auto Shredder Residue Steel Briquettes from China
High-density briquettes produced from the ferrous fraction of automotive shredder residue, magnetically separated and compacted for remelting in electric arc furnaces. The briquettes meet the definition of remelting scrap ingots of iron or steel under Chapter Note 1(g), as they are roughly cast or compacted forms with obvious surface faults and do not conform to the chemical composition of pig iron, spiegeleisen, or ferro-alloys.
