Offshore platform leg scrap comprises cut cylindrical and box sections from decommissioned oil platform legs, made of API 2W Grade 50 weather-resistant steel. These sections are no longer usable as platform parts and are intended for remelting, classifying them as ferrous waste and scrap under tariff item 7204.49.00.
