Mixed textile rags, unsorted and blending cotton, polyester, and viscose, are heavily soiled from industrial wiping applications. These rags are considered used or new rags of textile materials under tariff item 6310.90.00, as they are presented in bulk without further processing. The mixture of fibres does not affect classification, as the heading covers rags of any textile material.
