This is a multi-colour stitch-bonded polyester warp-knit fabric for car headliners and interior panels, with flame-retardant and acoustical properties. It is classified under tariff item 6005.38.00 as a warp-knit fabric of synthetic fibres, other than those of headings 60.01 to 60.04, made from yarns of different colours, as stitch-bonded goods are considered knitted per Chapter 60 Note 3.
