Baggage cover laminated nonwoven is a ripstop nonwoven fabric laminated with a TPU film, weighing more than 150 g/m². It is used for protective luggage and equipment covers. The visible lamination on the nonwoven base keeps it in heading 56.03 per Chapter Note 3.
