Medical Wipe Stitch-Bonded Felt from United States
A soft stitch-bonded felt made from viscose fibres, used as disposable wipes for cleaning medical equipment. The fibres are bonded by a stitch-bonding process using fibres from the web itself, which qualifies it as a stitch-bonded fibre fabric under tariff item 5602.10.00. It is not impregnated or coated, so it remains in Chapter 56.
